4.5 Quality conformance inspection.
4.5.1 Sampling. Each turret trainer produced (100 percent) shall be subjected to examination
(see 4.5.2) and acceptance tests (see 4.5.3).
4.5.2 Quality conformance examination.
4.5.2.1 Acceptable quality level. Each turret trainer shall be examined for conformance to following acceptable quality levels (AQL's) on the basis of percent defective:
Classification AQL Major 0.25
Minor 1.50
4.5.2.2 Classification of defects. For examination purposes, defects shall be classified according to MIL-STD-105, and as follows:

Missile launcher mounting kit improperly installed
(see 3.3.6).
Squad leader's periscope improperly installed, inoperable (see 3.3.7).
M26 periscope improperly installed, inoperable
(see 3.3.8).
